At Mitzi, we want you to love your home; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
